Ceres Community Project

Sebastopol, CA

Ceres Community Project provides organic meals and nutrition education to low-income families struggling because of serious illness, along with soil to community food systems education to 14 to 19 year old youth who serve as the program’s volunteer gardeners and chefs. In 2015, we’ll provide 95,000 meals and 20,000 hours of mentoring and service learning in Marin and Sonoma Counties. We’ve also trained 8 communities nationally to replicate our model.
