BECKY RENFRO BORBOLLA is vice president and co-owner of Renfro Foods, Inc., a third-generation, family-owned manufacturer of specialty foods based in Fort Worth, TX. Among its products, Renfro Foods produces a line of gourmet salsas with easy-to-use recipes on the jar label under the Mrs. Renfro’s name as well as co-packing for other companies. The business was started in 1940 by her grandparents, George and Arthurine Renfro, right out of the family garage. Becky was asked to join the family business in 1985 after spending eight years in the oil industry. She was named one of the 25 2005 Great Women of Texas and recently received the Yellow Rose of Texas award, the highest award a women can receive from the Governor of Texas. Becky currently serves as Vice-Chair of the SFA Board of Directors. She also serves on the Investment Committee and Natural & Organic Committee. She is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier International. She serves on the Board of TCC Foundation, Fort Worth Sister Cities, Women Steering Business and Fort Worth’s Festival and Events Committee.
